1. Why "Hawkward Designs"? - I thought of 'Hawkward Designs' based on my last name. My friends always thought I was an awkward teenager, so I kind of made a spoof on that.
2. Are layouts free? - Ordering them is free, but the layouts themself cost money. This is because it is personalized to your liking with an added personal touch.
3. How much do layouts cost? - The layouts cost $3.99 CDN each. If you are a regular, returning customer, discounts are available by contacting me.
4. Why must we click "add note" on our PayPal transaction, including the names we used on the order form? - This is so that I can identify who you are cleary, with no hassle. Your PayPal username may be different than the name you left on the order form. It just makes things simpler!
5. Are the layouts created just for fansites? - Not neccissarily. Most people purchase them for that reason, but if you have a website about something else, something personal, that is fine too.
6. How do you make layouts based on an individual? - The person who is ordering for a personal layout needs to provide me with pictures that they wish to be used. If they do not, there won't be any material to work with!
7. What if we aren't comfortable with sending you pictures of ourself? - That is completely fine. I am not going to make you do something you are not comfortable with. If you wish to have a personal layout but cannot provide the pictures, I am sorry, but I will not be able to make one.
8. Do I have to place an order? - Unless you are selecting a pre-made layout from the Creations & Orders page, then yes, you must place an order. This is so that I know exactly what you want in your layout and what to provide.
9. Is this a scam? - No, it is not. If you have any concerns please contact me and I will assist you as best as I can.
10. Will prices always be $3.99 CDN? - Yes they will, until FURTHER NOTICE. I'm working on accepting USD currency as well, but it's a long process. PayPal usually converts the money currency for you when you purchase an item.
